Customer Service Representative
Local call center is looking for a part time Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will:
-Answer incoming phone calls from customers
-Assist in answering questions regarding their accounts
-Provide excellent customer service
-Document customer account information
Successful candidates will have professional communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates will also have exceptional computer skills with a typing speed of 35 wpm.
The pay is $12.00 - $12.75 per hour.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
