## Job Description
URS is seeking a Jr. Program Analyst to provide program analytical support to assist with the development of program documentation, program schedules, budget formulations, white papers, and technical reports.
Essesntial
Responsibilities:
Provides analysis of complex functions and processes.
Prepares briefings and reports.
Updates and monitors program information sources to identify trends and conditions that require action.
Assists in tracking and verifying production output, contract modifications and waivers, inspection and acceptance reports, and invoicing documentation.
Assists in tracking program funds by monitoring funds availability, commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
