Haven Home Health & Therapy is seeking a full-time administrative assistant for a fast growing healthcare business. Must have advanced proficiency with a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; Duties include, but are not limited to: o devising and maintaining office systems; obooking rooms and conference facilities; ousing content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases; oattending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes; omanaging and maintaining budgets for supplies; oliaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; oordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; osorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post; oorganizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; ophotocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues. recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required; manipulating statistical data; arranging both in-house and external events. Must be very organized, excellent communication skills, pay close attention to detail, great initiative, and professionalism. Experience working in healthcare setting is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
