Randstad is looking for a Project Coordinator for one of our clients in the Southwest End of Louisville! Position is Temporary-To-Hire, and first shift.
Driving the processes of costing and quoting, as well as maintenance of part files. Manage information flow between the client and internal departments, and coordinate the efforts to achieve client satisfaction.
Contact customers regarding costing, and quoting
Generate cost sheets
Initiate and coordinate sample production
Generate quotes and communicate customer requirements to other departments
Manage parts throughout life cycle
Working hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's Degree required
Must have experience with MS Office including Access and PowerPoint
It is important to be self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and good organizational skills
Must be able to meet and/or exceed deadlines
