Our client located in Warren is looking for a Customer Service Representative that is bilingual in English and German.The company specializes in producing automotive parts for General Motors and is seeking candidates that will thrive in a fast pace environment.
Contract: This position is a temp to perm opportunity.
Hours & Location: Warren, MI. Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 9:00PM-6AM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Receive inbound calls via phone and electronically
-Ability to quickly and accurately process orders
-Document information to track customer interactions and solutions
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9pm - 6am
SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Analytical and detailed oriented.
-Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
-Must be self-directed and be able to manage competing priorities.
-Must be professional, well spoken, and able to interact with customers at all levels.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word and web-based applications.
-Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-2 years previous experience selling products via phone
-Data Entry Skills (Must be able to type at least 50 WPM)
-Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Required to pass assessment)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
