Our Randstad Lanham branch has partnered up with a client located in Annapolis, MD who is seeking motivated and eager telemarketers. This is a temp to hire opportunity within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate would be a driven candidate who is comfortable working independantly making outbound phone calls. Please see the lists below for the job duties and qualifications.
Job duties:
-Make outbound calls for business to business sales
-Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
-Influences customers to buy product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
-Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
-Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
-Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
-Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
-Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Working hours: M-F 9-6
Qualifications:
- At least one year of previous telemarketing experience
- Use of sales Techniques to market product/service
- Experience making cold calls is not required but is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals/expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create rapport/relationship with customers
- Self-motivated and with ability to work independantly
- Time management
