Large financial institution in O'Fallon MO is hiring temporary Document Clerks for a large project. Candidates will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, filing, scanning, pulling files, and updating databases in regards to a project to support collateral file imaging for Mortgage Servicing Rights.
This is a fast paced environment with production goals. It is located in a file warehouse, where candidates will be required to lift a 35lb box of files and may be require to stand for a full shift to scan.
shifts may be 3pm-11:30pm or 5:30pm-2:00am (M-F)
Working hours: 3pm-11:30pm or 5:30pm-2:00am (M-F)
1 year office or retail experience REQUIRED
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Outlook
Must be reliable and able to commit to full assignment
Must reside within 10 miles of O'Fallon MO
Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment that has monthly production goals
Mortgage document experience STRONG PLUS
Experienced with office equipment including printers and scanners
