We are currently seeking machine operators to work at a company in Pacific, MO. The machine operators are in charge of safe and efficient use of manufacturing implements. Employee's performance will be measured by the percentage of end product that is free of defects and total material damaged because of worker error.
Working hours: hiring for all 3 shifts
-Must be able to stand on feet for a length of time
-Maintain concentration over a long period of time
-Must be able to read and write
-Must be able to follow basic instructions
-Make quick decisions and provide clear instruction
-Prior experience is a plus
-Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background
-Attention to detail and accuracy is very important
-Flexibility to work in different environments
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to make quick decisions
-Work well with a team or partner
-Lift carry and move materials and scrap materials
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
