years of MySQL Server DBA experience with excellent communication skills
oAble to handle heavy transaction volume with and real-time performance
oStrong knowledge of recovery models, database shrink operations, clustering, database mirroring, and replication
oProblem solving experience
Responsibilities
oManage the implementation of the revised database structure and data migration
oPerform query evaluation and tuning
oPlan and manage the disaster recovery and capacity plan for the new solution
oIdentify additional optimization opportunities and implement solutions to promote scalability, performance and security
oAdvise or improve upon current tools for database versioning (migration)
