Construction and Sheet metal experience needed. Working in a manufacturing plant buliding commercial airconditoners. Will be putting together the inside and outside sections of an Air conditioning unit, attaching panels, doors, tops and any other section using power drills and tools. Reading blue prints is a plus.
Working hours: 7:00 to 3:45 or 5:45
Must be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch. Will sometimes be required to access small spaces with in the unit, if applicable, as well as climb a ladder to accomplish several of the before mentioned tasks. Standing most of the day will be necessary. Power drills are used and must be familiar with such tools. Manufacturing experience is a plus. In all of the above mentioned jobs, it is required that the employee be able to handle multiple tasks to completion and to quickly assess and correct problems associated with those tasks quickly without disruption of principal duties. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and at times under pressure of stringent workload deadlines.
