Randstad, Managed Service Solutions is looking to hire Level 3 Customer Solutions Representatives to support call center operations at our client site located in Bentonville, AR.
Summary:
As Customer Solutions L-3 Representative you will work in a Command Center (Call Center) environment answering general account questions. You will help troubleshoot account issues via telephone, and e-mail as well as answering technical questions about severs and computer related issues. You will also solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, and on-site authorized service providers.
Job Duties:
- Must have pleasant speaking voice.
- Will need to have good interpersonal skills to understand customers- inquiries or complaints and deal effectively with people who may be worried, frustrated or angry.
- Will need to be able to learn quickly and adjust to unexpected problems.
- Ability to understand basic functions of a call center.
- Ability to follow simple instructions (no more than 4 different steps in a process).
- Ability to adhere to basic safety instructions.
- Ability to work in a team and take direction from a team lead.
- Must be able to train L-1 and L-2 CSR-s
- Small Project Management.
- Proven ability to lead small projects (2-4 people).
- Must display a professional demeanor, (might attend project meetings).
- Outgoing and energetic attitude.
- Good Listening skills
- Muti-tasking abilities
Working hours: Full Time - All shifts available
- 2-4 years of Customer Call Center Experience
- Must have a good knowledge of computer systems for efficient use of call center systems
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
