Job Overview
Contributes to the successful daily operation of the Boy Scouting Discovery Outpost by interacting with prospecting scouters, gathering emails to be able to increase registration, transacting sales, accurate and on-time time records, receiving orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean customer friendly environment.
Job Expectations
- Interacting with prospective parents and alum
- Processing prospectors email into data base
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing customer transactions through a POS system
- Opening and closing as directed by supervisor using prescribed policies and procedures
- Safeguards BSA monies and merchandise
Qualifications/
Experience: The qualified candidate must have:
- Knowledge of Scouting Program
- Scouting experiences
- Great communication skills
- Prefer retail experience
