Essential job functions:
Assist with the development of contract language for content
Assist in the configuration of the Ariba contracts module
Develop contract workspace templates and approval workflows
Enable contract authoring functionality and establish a unified repository
Support data conversion and upload of legacy contracts
Build clause library and update contract document templates
Design, configure, test, debug and document Ariba process workflows and templates
Support set up of system user groups, roles, and permissions
Perform configuration tasks in coordination with business process owners
Provide guidance and training to less experienced users
Technical skills and experience preferred:
Strong experience with the Aribas contract management software
Experience leading process improvement in SCM
P2P experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Mgmt, IT or related field, or equivalent experience
Legal education and contract drafting experience is strongly desired
5yrs
experience supporting the deployment / implementation of contract management software platforms
3yrs
experience with Ariba Contracts Pro
Proven experience in performing business analysis, developing contract management process maps and configuration of Ariba Contract Management Pro software
High proficiency with MS Office (Word and Visio), and ability to configure Ariba contract document templates using formatting styles, bookmarks, etc.
Ability to bring Ariba work samples and demonstrate proficiency using Ariba test site during interview
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
