This position reports to the Senior V.P., Corporate Human Resources and is responsible for overseeing Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and established performance management processes on a national basis, ensuring compliance with Corporate policies, practices and initiatives, Collective Bargaining Agreements where applicable, and state/federal law, throughout all divisions and corporate offices. Oversee the performance management of the East/West Region Directors in ensuring the execution of corporate initiatives, policies and best practices, in the areas of Employee/Labor Relations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
