Administrative Marketing Specialist Needed Immediately

Randstad is looking for an experienced marketing specialist to set up, track and report results for all company marketing campaigns and Retirement Readiness satisfaction surveys. Candidate will work with internal marketing teams to set up campaigns and cross-functional reporting teams to gather, scrub and report metrics on a monthly and ad-hoc request basis. Position is temporary to provide fill-in for essential employee who will be out on maternity leave. Must be able to start right away.
Working hours: 8:00-5:00, plus OT
MUST HAVE: Hands-on knowledge (min. 2-3 years experience) working with CRM and survey data systems including
- - pulling, sorting and scrubbing customer data
- Survey Gizmo - coding/setting up surveys, using online system to pull survey data results
- Excel - strong experience with creating spreadsheet reports, manipulating data, pivot tables, etc.

- Powerpoint
