## Description
Allstate''s Messaging team is looking for a Messaging Engineer that will be responsible for the Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Email encryption, Malware, targeted attacks and Spam protection along with the development, installation, integration, modification, and maintenance for email protection against the constant, dynamic and ever changing threats affecting Allstate's email environments.

Responsibilities:
Function as the primary support contact for secure email, including anti-spam, email-borne anti-virus, anti-phishing, mail routing, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and email encryption technologies.
Perform troubleshooting, remediation, communication, and ongoing protection tasks in the event of spam/malware/phishing attacks, including partnering with other security and technology areas.
Oversee onshore/offshore support technicians in enterprise incident handling, providing technical expertise as needed to drive resolution of incidents in a timely manner.
Perform technical assessments of the secure email environment and partner with colleagues to provide recommendations based on business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues as well as other business and technical areas to fulfill project requests.
Create, distribute, and maintain written documentation of the secure email environment.
Assist in supporting a large Exchange 2007/2010 environment, including participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation for Exchange, secure email, ActiveSync, BlackBerry, encryption, email archiving, and electronic fax systems.
Assist in both scheduled and emergency off-hours Exchange break-fix and maintenance activities as well as migrations.
Partner with the secure email service owner and the messaging architect to build roadmaps to align people, process, and technology to business initiatives and technical directives.
Generate service consumption metrics on a monthly basis.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a focus on results.
Demonstrate exceptional presentation and communication skills with colleagues, leadership, customers, and other business areas.
## Qualifications

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements: At least 5 years' experience with the following:
Secure email gateway products and technologies, including anti-spam, email-borne anti-virus, anti-phishing, mail routing, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and email encryption technologies.
Familiarity with spammer tactics and how to successfully combat them in a large enterprise environment.
Broad knowledge of Microsoft messaging products and technologies, especially Exchange 2007/2010.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, Windows Server, and networking technologies.
Experience with Exchange Unified Messaging a plus.
Working knowledge of ITIL principles and alignment to enterprise change/release management schedules.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
