Summary
The Director of Compensation will be responsible for the strategic planning, design, implementation, communication, and administration of all corporate-wide compensation and performance management programs. Compensation is a key element of a Total Rewards strategy.
Overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization's compensation programs (base salary, short and long term incentive plans, salary structures)
Direct team in defining process and conducting job analyses to determine level and reviewing/developing recommendations for salary increases
Develop and drive execution of strategies for warehouse hourly compensation programs
Define and execute strategy for survey participation and utilization of market data,
Overall responsibility for company's performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations, and determining performance based salary guidelines
Evaluating Executive Compensation
Work cross functionally to ensure accurate financial accruing and reporting
Provide guidance to organization for all compensation related actions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related disciplines required. An MS or MBA degree is highly desirable.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) required
10-15 years of progressive Human Resources management responsibility and experience desired
Warehouse compensation experiences a plus.
Proficient PC skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS experience
