Summary:Contributes to the multidisciplinary team assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
NON-ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
May be required to perform duties of lesser, equal or greater responsibility.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
CurrentVermontlicense as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
At least one year of clinical nursing experience is required.
