Description:
Resource will support IT Security in daily operations, administration, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing video and security solutions. Activities would include support of enterprise video management system; respond to service desk tickets; general client security support; security incident and event monitoring (SIEM) systems; review device vulnerability scan findings; perform compliance auditing for client and server systems; provide recommendations and implement solutions to remediate.
Daily responsibilities would include:
Network monitoring activities and compliance auditing,
Video management operations and administration, i.e. assisting with the management of security and roadway cameras.
Assisting the senior network engineer in the upgrade, replacement, and rollout of security technologies: host intrusion prevention, anti-malware prevention, remote client access, etc., as needed.
Required / Desired Skills
Experience working in a related position, with a focus on video management security systems (Required 3 Years)
Experience with Routing and switching (Required 3 Years)
Experience with Active Directory operation/administration (Required 3 Years)
TCP/IP experience (Required 3 Years)
Video management systems experience (Required 3 Years)
Experience with Encoders/decoders (Required 3 Years)
Experience with Information system activity monitoring - Security incident response (Required 3 Years)
Experience with Microsoft server and workstation architecture and operation (Required 3 Years)
Experience performing client and server vulnerability assessments (Required 3 Years)
Experience administering host IPS and anti-malware systems (Required 3 Years)
A two-year college degree or equivalent technical study, CCNA, or related networ (Highly Desired 1 Years)
Experience with Video management systems, both local and enterprise (Desired 1 Years)
Experience with VidSys (Desired 1 Years)
Experience with IBM QRadar (Desired 1 Years)
Experience with WebSense (Desired 1 Years)
Experience with Bosch (Desired 1 Years)
Experience with Cisco (Desired 1 Years)
