Lead Set-up Technician
Lead set-up technician for successful manufacturing company in the Alliance area needed. This is a second shift supervisory position. The functions of this position are as follows:
- Directing, leading and training set-up technicians and machine operators
- Delegating tasks to team members in order to meet goals and objectives within deadlines
- Keeping machines running efficiently
- Ensuring product quality by setting up the machines and work area to job specifications according to OSHA regulations and company protocol
- Using mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting theory to troubleshoot machine errors
Requirements are as followed:
- Experience with supervisory/management or any type of leadership position
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of troubleshooting
- Ability to lift forty pounds regularly
- Ability to operate a tow motor
- Capable of working extra hours if maintenance or other issue arises
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and some SaturdaysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
