Education:Associates Degree in Nursing or above.
License/Certification:Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and PALS certified by American Heart Association. CPAN certification preferred.
Experience:Minimum one-year recent Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience (minimum of 2080 hours within the last three years). Experience in an acute patient care environment. Must be willing to work/cross-train for Pre Anesthesia Holding and Pain Clinic areas, and be fully cross-trained within 6 months of hire. Working knowledge of/ability to assist with insertion of invasive lines, SV02 Swan Ganz, Arterial lines etc. strongly preferred. Stand-by call required.
Current PACU/PAH experience required. This position requires standby call and applicant must be able to respond within 45 minutes from time of page.
Schedule is as follows:Week 2 (nonpayday)T 1145-2015
Applicants who are able to work a variety of hours and shifts who want to transition to full/part-time are preferred.
