Duties: Install, configure, support, administer and maintain Windows Server network systems running on VMware and ESX vSphere. Perform basic VMware and ESX operations, including ESX installation, administration of VMware clusters, and VM creation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting of Windows Server systems and networking hardware. Support DR systems, including NetApp, SnapMirror, and SnapVault. Scripting with Visual Basic and Powershell for systems automation tasks. Utilize TCP/IP routing protocols, IOS switch programming, and NetScreen/Palo Alto firewall programming. Setup and secure Active Directory, DNS, WINS, and DHCP. Migrate and expand NTFS file system.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, and one year of experience in the job offered. 10-15% travel required to other firm offices.
