Summary:The Network Security Engineer Team Leader will act as the main contact for the Admin. Dir. Technology Services/IT for all IT security related issues and will ensure timely and accurate completion of all activities and responsibilities of the network security team. The Network Security Engineer Team Leader is responsible for overall IT security operations of Susquehanna Health. The Network Security Engineer Team Leader will work closely with the Admin Director of IT - Technology Services, Network Engineer Team Leader, and the Director of HIPAA Compliance/Privacy Officer to design and implement effective IT security solutions to maintain a safe and secure IT computing environment. This role is responsible for IT Disaster Recovery preparation and testing and for network/computer system security incident investigations. he Network Security Engineer Team Leader will monitor, remediate and escalate any issues that are found to threaten the confidentiality, integrity or access of data that threatens Susquehanna Health or its contracted partners. The Network Security Engineer will also act in the role of Information Security Team Leader.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Advanced level of technical and operational knowledge networking, network routing, network infrastructure and network security. Strong communication skills. Positive, flexible, motivated, cooperative and professional oriented. Able to work independently or in a group/team setting.
Education:Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology Major (concentration in IT Security or IT Networking preferred), Computer Science or Electronics Technology and three (3) years experience in an advanced high level technical role in the installation and support of IT security systems in an enterprise network is required. Bachelors Degree requirement can be substituted with an Associated Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Electronics Technology with a minimum of five (5) years experience in an advanced high level technical role in the installation and support of IT security systems in an enterprise network and a high level industry certification is required. OR, Bachelor''s Degree can be substituted with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in an advanced high level technical role in the installation and support of IT security system in an enterprise network and a high level industry certification.
Experience:Minimum of three (3) years enterprise network management/network security experience required. Minimum of three (3) years hospital-based experience preferred.
License/Certification/Registration:Completion of the Comp TIA Network
and IT Security based certification, Security
(or higher). Completion of an advanced industry recognized certification in IT Security (such as CISSP) is required within three years. (Certifications accepted will be at the discretion of the Technology Services Admin Director based upon current needs, requirements and Team assignment). Maintain a valid driver''s license.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to maintain long periods of sitting in one position. Occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching. Ability to view VDT for long periods of time. Ability to adjust vision to bring objects into focus. Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
