Summary
Support Information Security techncial staff with Security Administration, Monitoring and Forensic Analysis across a wide range of critical applications and systems.
Specifically support:
Windows Server systems administration
Operational traffic analysis and security system monitoring
Security event monitoring, escalation and incident response
Team projects
Purpose and Mission
Automate Bindview functions via scripting within FIM
Assist in access control and system administration work
Automate Windows System Administration work
Develop network security monitoring scripts and protocols
Develop operations monitoring scripts and protocols
Requirements and Qualifications
Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent degree program
Windows Server administration experience preferred
Understanding of TCP/IP and networking preferred
Understanding of network security concepts (malware, exploits, etc) preferred
Programming experience required (perl, python, powershell)
Operating System skill required (Linux)
This is an intern position.
3.0 or above GPA required and Must be a rising junior or senior
Dates: May 19th thru August 8th, 2014
Wages: $17 per hour

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
