TheSenior Human Resources Business Consultant (Sr. HRBC)provides a consultative approach to human capital and human resource management for customer care site in Klamath Falls, OR.
TheSr. HRBCwill develop and implement HR strategy for the Klamath Falls Customer Care center. This includes advising and counseling employees, supervisors and management on policies and procedures of human resources, appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and providing management training and coaching on all aspects of talent management including hiring, terminations, promotions, performance management, etc.
In addition to site support, this individual will be lead HR related projects regarding process improvements, engagement, onboarding and change initiatives, as required.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Providing Executive Coaching to Senior Leaders within the client group
Providing effective change management consulting and advice
Guiding leaders to identify and address talent issues before they impact thebusiness
Working with business leaders to ensure goal setting, performance evaluation, and performance coaching of team members
Leading the identification, planning, and implementation of function-specific organization, leadership, and talent development efforts in conjunction with the Organization Development team
Working with business leaders to develop appropriate organization structures
Supporting effective talent acquisition strategy
Qualifications
BS/BA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
MBA is preferred
PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification preferred
Minimum 7 year''s related experience in Human Capital/Human Resource Management
Experience in Change Management preferred
Strong employee relations experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law
Proficiency in accessing HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft or WorkDay, for viewing and analyzing employee data
Solid understanding of performance measurement and experience in a metrics driven environment
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Strong conflict management skills
Ability to balance company, customer, and employee needs
Strong problem solving, collaboration, coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to produce results in a high volume, fast paced environment preferably in a fortune 1000 company
