Will perform a broad range of administrative support duties in support of contracts located in Montana. Responsibilities may include Human Resources activities primarily related to, on-boarding, employment compliance and employee relations.

Job duties will include:
Providing general office administration such as scheduling appointments, and maintaining a filing system.
Data entry and record keeping for training, quality assurance, and human resources.
Provide support to other departments such as Human Relations and Payroll.
Assist employees with benefit enrollment.
Administer Workman's Compensation and Safety claims.
Additional duties as assigned.
US Citizen
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Must have minimum 3 - 5 years experience working as a administrative assistant in a similar related field.
A 2 year degree required - or a reasonable combination of experience and education can be substituted.
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service skills.
Must be organized and possess attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking a must.
Experienced using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
