The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Field Technician candidate for our client, a Metro West IT service provider. This Field Technician will visit client sites in Boston and metro west areas. The Field Tech position is a contract to hire opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for remote and on site support of service subscribers. This role is a Monday through Friday schedule. The right candidate will have experience with:
-Windows Server 2003/2008
-Citrix / VMWare
-Remote phone support (excellent customer service)
-Windows 7/XP
-Active Directory/Exchange Administration experience
-Peripheral device support
-Router/Switch/Controls
-Firewall troubleshooting
-Network support
