ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Potential candidate serves as SME to project team and customer under the general direction of Program Director. Will provide guidance and expertise associated with healthcare measures and programs.
Key duties and responsibilities include: Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client.
Details requirements through policy development and other functions to support the project team.
Monitors other business analysts to ensure measures development methods and communications efforts adhere to established standards, processes, provides leadership in the implementation of those methods.
Evaluates project requirements and assists in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs.
Requirements
Requires: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare management, HIT, or other business area.
Minimum of 5 years of experience - requires strong knowledge of EHR, VBM, PQRI, MU and other healthcare measures and standards, including how program data is being procured, translated, transmitted, and communicated.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
