Customer Support Manager-Fulfillment Division. Job Location: Norcross, GA: Manage four departments: IT, Customer Service, Order Management, and Accounting. Create corporate vision and strategic planning; define and enforce execution of policies and procedures; recruit, train, motivate, and retain a quality workforce. Responsible for technology planning and complex project implementation including the modernization of complex IT infrastructure and business process reengineering; implement, maintain and optimize technological strategic solutions, particularly comprehensive ERP, WMS, and CRM systems; conduct system audits, enforce database maintenance, and implement disaster recovery, back-up, and information security procedures. Responsible for client relationship management; develop action plans to provide Customer Service Reps with efficient problem solving resources; set efficiency, responsiveness, and quality standards; perform customer service audits; customize/improve the CRM system. Responsible for order fulfillment processing through e-commerce platforms, API connection, and file submission; enforce proper configuration, maintenance and operation of shipping management application; maximize utilization of WMS functionalities to boost performance and productivity; perform operational audits to ensure SLAs compliance; ensure appropriate and accurate inventory management through data analysis and computerized inventory forecasting. Responsible for accounting and financial planning; oversee billing and accounts receivable operations; plan annual budget and monitor execution; monitor expenditures, identify variances and implement corrective actions; establish collection strategies, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and work out payments plans for delinquent actions. Requirements: Minimum of Masters degree in BA with five years of experience as a Project Mgr/Operating Officer. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently should include three years of experience in managing ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.
