The Host must have a welcoming personality and promote an energetic atmosphere to all who visit Hooters restaurants. The individual in this position contributes to the dining experience through attentiveness to the FOH atmosphere including, but not limited to lighting, music volume, and overall cleanliness. The Host provides courteous and efficient service by immediately greeting guests as they arrive, ensuring they have an excellent service experience, and sincerely thanking them as they leave. They understand the importance of maintaining a balanced number of tables through proper assessment of a variety of guests and their needs ensuring the best possible accommodations. The Host must be aware of menu items, specials, promotions, and merchandise as this position assists with To Go Orders, Merchandise Sales, and information of upcoming events and promotions.
