MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND PROVEN TRACK RECORD FOR SUCCESS IN MOBILE HOME SALES AND VACANCY MARKETING as well as rent collections/posting, evictions, resident relations, community inspections, overseeing maintenance, maintaining an attractive community.
