The Charge Nurse while working with the Certified Nursing Assistance will assure the resident cares are being met along with the other daily needs such as activities, therapies, cleanliness of the resident and their room. The Charge nurse in collaboration with all facility team members will assure the families, resident and other team members are educated with the resident's needs. The nurse initiates, gives, and assists with delegating care to licensed and unlicensed members of the healthcare team, based on their scope of practice and care needs of residents and families.
