YOUR ROLE:
As an Inside Sales Representative, one will develop and maintain customer relationships by becoming knowledgeable of each customer's needs and execute steps to ensure these needs are met. Day to day interaction will be through telephone and email. The Inside Sales Rep will work with the Sales Manager to set price parameters and quotes. This position expects one to acquire and maintain a detailed customer profile on each account, enter orders after sales are made and monitor through the credit, production, shipment, and delivery processes. The Sales Reps will keep current on inventories, lead times, and machine capabilities while consulting with Customer Service/Production Control Supervisor and make scheduling recommendations when needed.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
2 year Associate Degree -OR- Combination of work experience and education
Strong math skills
Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, preferably with Inside Sales
Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills & phone etiquetteEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
