This critical position will assist in reaching our staffing goals and initiatives and serve as a champion to Ebit Information Systems' overall mission. The Recruiter develops a pool of talented candidates through new and existing sources, establishes recruiting best practices, and works and participates in a team oriented culture.

Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop new and cultivate existing sources in order to provide the sales leadership team with qualified prospects. Activities may include but are not limited to:
Mine resumes from the Internet and company database.
Network in organizations, tradeshows, events, user groups, colleges, etc.
Post positions as appropriate.
Utilize social media, internet and creative sourcing methods as needed.
Provide support to Sales Leadership Team as candidates progress through the interview process. These items may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Screen resumes
Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews
Document and compile summaries of candidates? qualifications
Administer application process and assessments
Coordinate reference checks and verify educational credentials
Negotiate compensation with candidates
Sell candidates on opportunities
Coordinate on-boarding process
Assist with the management of contract employees? HR needs (check ins, lunches, questions, etc.)
Interact with hiring managers as necessary:
Accompany Account Executive for initial meetings or to assist in gathering job order requirements
Make onsite visits as needed from the sales team
Utilize decision making techniques and professional judgment when attempting to close a candidate for a win-win situation for all 3 parties
Log activities into recruiting database.
Create and maintain reports as necessary.
Establish and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years recruiting/selection experience, preferably in IT staffing
Bachelor's degree preferred (will consider equivalent education/experience in lieu of this requirement)
Familiarity with IT industry/terminology highly desired
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines and produce under pressure
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work autonomously and motivate for individual and team results
Demonstrated high energy, sense of urgency and desire to succeed
Team player attitude
Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet and other computer software programs
Ability to persuade and negotiate terms with the candidate throughout the recruitment lifecycle
High level of integrity and ethical valuesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
