Summary: Under general supervision, is responsible and accountable for the clinical and financial operations of a Case Management System. Provides hospital-wide leadership through effective managerial and educational direction in the areas of Case Management Operations, Resource Management, timely movement of patients through a continuum, DRG Financial Analysis, Change Management, Managed Care, Guidelines/Protocols, Clinical Documentation and Systems Improvement. Independent action required to ensure an integrated process which will coordinate health care delivery across service lines. Interfaces frequently with Senior Management, medical staff, quality, ancillary services and nursing, in a communications and change management capacity.
EDUCATION:B.S. in Health Related Field
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, BONDING: Currently licensed by the Arkansas State Board in the field of Nursing.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
