Due to continual growth we are looking for a Property Manager/Maintenance Technician in Cedar Falls, IA. This is for Thunder Ridge Apartments, a Tax Credit Property with 48 units.

The Property Manager/Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall marketing, financial, compliance, personnel operations of the community, and is responsible for all general turnover of the apartment community. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance to company standards.
Lease administration
Maintain the Physical Asset
Plan, promote and implement effective Resident Retention program
Responsible for fiscal budgetary and financial compliance
Handling resident service requests
Performing preventive maintenance
Preparing vacant apartments for move in
Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial:
Tax Credit Experience
General Apartment Maintenance
