Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of the inpatient unit, while demonstrating commitment toMaineGeneralMedicalCenter's Nursing Vision:To serve all who enter our doors with skillfull hands & compassionate hearts. She/He is responsible for providing, coordinating, and supervising nursing staff in the maintenance of professional nursing practice and provision of quaility patient care. This individual is accountable for creating ahealthy work environment in collaboration with Partnership Counciland collaborating with the Nurse Manager and Charge Nurses in utilizing resources in a manner that aligns with the goals of the department. In addition, is responsible for ensuring that the nursing practice follows the principles of Relationship Based Care and the Clinical Practice Model Framework in order to achieve Patient and Family Centered Care as defined by MaineGeneral Medical Center. Accepts 24-hour responsibility and accountability for assigned inpatient unit.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Must have either a current State of Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license or an RN license recognized by the Nurse Licensure Compact ( ). If RN licensure is from a compact state, must obtain a state of Maine RN license within 90 days of changing primary residency toMaine

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred and/or enrolled in a BSN Program within 2 years of hire
5 years or more, clinical nursing experience preferred
Proficient in a suite of Microsoft Office applications

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
