Job Description:
The candidate's primary role will be a Netezza / Hadoop Developer. As a senior developer on the team, the resource will be writing extensive Netezza SQL s, Linux Scripts, setting up Autosys jobs, writing Hive queries. In addition to development activities, the resource will participate in analysis and design as well as complete project documentation.
Job Requirements:
Must have these skills:
Must have 6
years of development experience in any of the RDBMS like (TERADATA, NETEZZA)
Must have excellent and in-depth knowledge in writing Netezza SQL
Experience writing Shell scripts in LINUX or Unix.
Experience with Autosys
Hands on experience with Hive Queries.
Experience developing batch processes
Have the zeal to contribute, collaborate and work in a team environment
Must have excellent communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
