Job Title: Installation Technician

Hours: Full-time, Monday Friday. Some weekends required.
Description:
We are currently seeking for lead CCTV installation technicians. We are looking for candidates that can professionally install and present themselves to clients in a very professional manner.
Technicians will professional install and service CCTV cameras and DVR systems in the Hospitality Industry. The technicians will perform site surveys, make recommendations for camera replacements and determine labor amount for sales force.
Industry experience is required to apply.
Knowledge:
English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Excellent Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualified candidates must be able to work independently as well as part of the team
Be able to travel locally and nationally to perform installations and service calls.
Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
Must have at minimum 3 years prior experience in stand alone DVRs, networking of DVRs, and CCTV installation and troubleshooting experience. REQUIRED
Preferred knowledge of audio monitoring devices and POS Integration (Text insertion) in relation to CCTV is a plus
Applicants MUST have experience running and installing cable.
Configuration of small networks: Routers, Hubs, and Networks for remote CCTV connectivity is a plus.
