Job Details: Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary approach in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Provides comprehensive care for the life span of patients, where applicable. Effectively delivers patient care through Nursing Process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Implementation and Evaluation. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or in another state that participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact, 3 years of medical/surgical experience including total joint surgery patients and other orthopedic related conditions. BLS from AHA required. Orthopedic certification a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
