We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer (Automation) to join our Engineering team in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate is passionate about test automation and building software tools and frameworks to test and monitor complex and highly scalable software systems. This individual will be a member of the software development team championing the test cause with involvement from the very beginning of projects.
Responsibilities
Own and drive product quality
Develop test plans and test cases by analyzing user stories, participating in design reviews and collaborating with developers to ensure a quality user experience
Help set up an automation framework and collaborate with developers in the creation of automated testing scripts for new features
Develop and automate regression tests
Work with product owner and development engineers to test and verify product functionality, usability, reliability, scalability, and performance related issues
Execute tests manually when necessary
Participate in the product life-cycle from design to commercial release, following the Agile development methodology
Winning Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science orEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
