Office Coordinator
One of RANDA's core beliefs is that people are invaluable assets. The Office Coordinator is an integral part of the RANDA Solutions strategy supporting our internal teams. You will provide support and management of both process and reporting as we continue to expand our software offerings for the education industry.
Responsibilities
o Welcome guests on arrival to office
o Answers the general phone for the company
o Coordinate, schedule and setup meetings with team members, clients and affiliated organizations
o Maintains the Sales pipeline reports for management
o Assists with the administration and reporting of our CRM (Salesforce) for the sales team
o Assists management with other reporting/ research projects
o Coordinates corporate events and guest visits
o Other general office duties as needed
Skills
o Extremely organized
o Detail oriented
o Great communication skills
o Well versed in internet based research
o Strong technical skills for learning to use the CRM and other business software packages
o Positive attitude
