The Twin Cities Division is looking for an Entry Level Land Development Coordinator to assist in Site Development functions. Our ideal candidate possesses strong management and communication skills with some experience in residential land development.
Key
Responsibilities:
Management of site development activities, including; site grading, utilities, streets and public utilities (gas, electric, phone, & cable)
Develop, monitor and maintain overall Land Development schedules
Assist in monitoring land budgets and cash flows
Coordination of permitting with local municipal planning and engineering agencies, state and local regulatory agencies, and utility providers
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required (Construction Management or Civic Engineering Degree Preferred)
Computer Proficient with strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to multitask
Strong negotiation skills
Exceptional, organizational, oral and written communication skills
Two to Five years' experience in residential development or constructionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
