. This is also a very unique opportunity to work
100% remotely
. This opportunity requires
75% travel
and they are looking to hire someone based out of the west coast ideally in CO, AZ, NM, UT, WA, OR, NV, CA.
About the Role:
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining all training content. In addition they will conduct research and analyses around knowledge transfer requirements and education programs. The trainer will execute training programs onsite, remotely, or online.
Responsibilities:
- Use a variety of instructional training techniques and delivery methods to conduct customer and partner training.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to instructors as they are assigned development and delivery tasks.
- Maintain and assist the client's technical education courses to support the certification program.
- Write and review certification exam questions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect training requirements and content.
- Assist in the created of education materials (slides, examples, sample code, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 5
years of technical training work- requires a BA/BS degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx, Captivate/Camtasia.
- Experience with client-server model software.
