Job Details:

Provides primary support for the General Laboratory, Blood Bank, AP and Microbiology applications. Plays a major role in researching and resolving software problems as part of daily operational support. Performs application software support, analysis, modification, enhancement, design, implementation, training, education and data retrieval on the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and works closely with Information Systems support personnel on issues relating to the Cerner Millennium PathNet applications. Works with the Cerner Back-end to maintain, update and modify data tables using Cerner s CCL and other database management tools. Builds appropriate tables for MDI interfaces, tests all aspects of interface, maintains documentation while working with database coordinators to have tests on-line in an appropriate time frame. B.S. Degree, or equivalent business experience, required in a clinical orhealthcare industry. At least two years experience in clinical care or healthcare delivery with software applications is preferred. Expertise in the use, support and management of a clinical application and associated database management is desired. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. MLT or the equivalent certification is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
