Primary
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both clients and other staff members
Hardware testing and troubleshooting
Ticket triage and escalation to the appropriate level
Server assembly and disassembly
ServerEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
