We are looking for an experienced, friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our team. Must be task-oriented and self starting.
This is a full-time position that will require 40 to 45hrs per week including evening and weekend shifts. Holiday times will require additional time and any candidate must be flexible. (This means that the week prior to and during july 4th and/or the holidays would not be an acceptable time to put in for vacation.)
Sales staff works closely with customers, maintains floor stock and displays, unloads trucks and organizes all extra back room stock.
This position includes the possibility of job growth into a management position.
Starting compensation will be in line with experience and skills.
All candidates should be able to demonstrate the following in their application:
Prior retail, restaurant, or wine/food industry experience
Ability to carry cases of wine/beer (up to 40 pounds)
Ability to be on your feet for many hours per day. (this is not a desk job)
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule is a must November and December time off is not possible
Working knowledge of wine/spirits and or beer
