Position
Summary:
The Account Executive supports the sales team and services and retains a book of business for a defined set of clients. Responsibilities also include assisting the Producer in managing the client's exposure to risk by coordinating services for the development, retention, and rounding of accounts.
Duties:
Serves as a high level point of contact for clients
Supports the sales objectives of the organization through up-selling/account rounding on in-force coverages
Develops mutually beneficial relationships with carriers and administrators to generate optimal results for our clients , including competitive costs, competitive renewals, expedient problem resolution, etc.
Reviews client business processes and identifies areas for improvement
Provides consultative services to clients, including online enrollment support, wellness strategies and product rounding
Prepares written correspondence, reports & analyses as needed
Directs/assigns special projects for clients as needed
Supports the client on compliance related matters
Works with the client to develop and implement wellness and dependent audits, in addition to other strategic programs
Stays up to date on new products and offerings by carriers and other vendors and informs and educates clients about plan coverage, changes, exclusions & insurance coverage needs
Conducts the renewal and new business marketing efforts, including reviewing quote comparisons for accuracy & completeness and working with Producers to finalize the group's plan decisions
Creates and distributes benefit enrollment materials and coordinates/attends employee enrollment meetings
Verifies completion of new group installation and group renewals and updates rate histories as needed
Maintains updated and accurate group plan and account data in the agency's data management system
Assists with the resolution of claims, billing, administration and other issues on a timely basis
Attends appropriate industry functions and participates in relevant industry training for knowledge/skill development
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or five or more years of experience in related field
Life, Health and Accident license required
Strong understanding of employee benefits programs including health, dental, life, disability, etc. required
Ability to understand and interpret contracts, plan design options and rating factors
Strong customer service skills
Self-directed self-starter with a high attention to detail
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word
Professional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment
Administrative, clerical and organizational skills needed to manage files and recordsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
