Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain (JJSC) Director: Strategy Process Lead will lead process design and maintain standard best practices for strategic planning, operational/business planning and G&O; cascade across the organization. The Director: Strategy Process Lead will provide strategic planning governance support to OSE Strategy & Program Management Lead throughout entire strategic planning process. Individual will bring to the position knowledge of strategic planning processes, with an ability to coach and lead other functional leaders as necessary. This individual will interface significantly with both functional and Sector leadership across the J&J; businesses. This will require working in concert with global, regional and local resources in driving the successful development and deployment of a J&J; strategy.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. A focused degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain is preferred. An advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of Engineering or Supply Chain experience is required. A minimum of 5 years of strategy and process design experience is preferred. Six Sigma/Process Excellence/Lean certification is preferred. Experience working in Medical Devices, Consumer or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred. Experience managing projects is required. Familiarity with governance and business processes is highly preferred. Experience designing and implementing significant change across a global/multi-sector company is preferred.
The ability to foster strong partnerships across multi-functional, cross region, cross company team environment is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required. Strong negotiation and influencing skills are critical, as is the ability to work in a complex matrix organization. The ability to lead change within a complex organization is required. The ability to network well virtually and balance the demands of the business is required.
This position is based in Bridgewater, NJ and may require up to 20% travel.
