Entry-Level IT Technical Support professional to join their IT support team
. The qualified professional will join our growing IT team to support our organization and internal customers with all of their technology-related needs, from hardware to software to cloud-based computing. The individual will provide end users with prompt, professional answers and solutions to their questions, problems and concerns achieving highly satisfied, delighted customers.
We are seeking individuals that have recently graduated or will soon graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred). You must be familiar with basic PC hardware and software repair with demonstrated success in hardware and software troubleshooting. Additionally, we are seeking candidates with experience in web-based technologies and cloud based service support. A working knowledge of basic computer hardware, including desktop/laptops, networking equipment, wireless technologies, printers and mobile devices (E.g. iOS and Android based tablets and iPhones) is a must. Advanced Excel knowledge as well as an understanding of warehouse and manufacturing software (eg. WMS or MES) is a plus.
The position requires some work outside of traditional work hours for installations, maintenance, and on-call rotation for after-hours support.
